Reunion Second Floor Expansion with Custom Staircase and Living Space Renovation
For this project, we transformed unused open ceiling space into a full second-floor expansion, adding a bedroom and bathroom. Outdated arches and flooring were removed and replaced with a clean, modern design, including a completely custom rebuilt staircase. This fully permitted renovation increased the square footage and added overall value to the home. The final result feels so natural that it appears as if this was how the house was originally designed.
